We spoke about a few things and she was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with everything i needed to be done. Unlike most customer service agents, Tanesha explained everything to me in detail. Ms. Sternes said she would call me back within the hour, and no longer than 30 minutes my phone rang with Ms. Sternes on the other end. She was extremely polite and went out of her way to be sure that i was happy with the service and i did not need anything else done. It was a pleasure speaking and dealing with Tanesha.
